Klub Venus
We built Klub Venus from the ground up, creating a brand that was emotionally relevant, culturally bold, and commercially successful. We developed everything from brand concept, products, visual identity, tone of voice, and community strategy, turning Klub Venus into a national talking point.
The brand grew organically to a community of over 70,000 people, generated more than 15 million DKK in sales, and gained significant press attention, including an appearance on Løvens Hule.
Building Klub Venus meant navigating growth under censorship, limited resources, and a challenging market, proving that creative intuition paired with strategic thinking can build a brand that is both deeply loved and commercially succesful.
Arisholm
Working with the Danish luxury brand Arisholm, we supported the development of the brand from its early stages through its official market debut.
We helped establish their social media strategy across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases, ensuring a consistent and high-impact digital presence. JernHart produced all content and served as creative director for the launch campaign, aligning visual storytelling with the brand’s strategic objectives.
In addition to guiding the internal branding team on positioning and identity, our PR strategy and outreach secured a launch feature in Vogue Scandinavia, strengthening Arisholm’s entry into the scandinavian luxury market.
Damo CPH
We led the strategic transformation of the brand as it evolved from DFerments into its new identity, DAMO. Serving as the primary strategic partner within the branding team, we shaped the direction of the rebrand—from defining the visual universe to structuring a long-term, future-proof brand strategy.
We developed a full social media and content framework, produced creative assets, planned events and executed the rollout across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. In addition, we guided and executed the brand’s pop-up restaurant, Late July, at the Amator space, extending DAMO’s brand experience into a live, immersive format.
Our guidance ensured a cohesive, elevated, and strategically aligned brand presence that positioned DAMO for strong growth in its new chapter.
Porcelain perfumery
In our work with Porcelain, we led the expansion of the brand’s universe across digital and commercial touchpoints. Our strategic guidance supported the development of new revenue-driving initiatives, including sparring around retreats, events, the opening of their boutique in inner-city Copenhagen and executing high-value digital initiatives.
Alongside this, we managed Porcelain’s Instagram presence, delivered newsletters and automated email flows, and ensured a consistent, elevated brand experience across all channels. By combining hands-on execution with strategic direction, we helped strengthen Porcelain’s foundation for long-term growth and premium market positioning.
